1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Used, altered, or tampered products

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or tags

  • Clearance or sale items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@gadgetbazaar.in

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or video evidence (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund Mode

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI (details required).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are offered for defective or damaged products (subject to stock availability).

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Order Cancellation by Gadget Bazaar

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational issues beyond our control

In such cases, a full refund will be processed without delay.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
